Each unit is designed with mobility, visual, and hearing accessibility accommodations.  Tenants of Rose Acre Manor enjoy the convenience of living close to the local hospital, library, schools, and downtown businesses. Additionally, all utilities, appliances (including washer and dryer) unit and property maintenance, lawn care and landscaping, and snow removal services are included. Applicants monthly rent is based on household income. All approved applicants must provide proof of disability.
