When I was Director of Environmental Health with the Ottawa County Health Department, then later as a County Commissioner, I had several contacts with ORSI and always found them very professional, helpful, and quick to respond to the needs of the people they served.
ORSI is an important resource for housing in Ottawa County. The organization is a wealth of information and even if they are unable to provide housing for someone in need, they are able to help find the resources needed. They are always helpful and delightful to work with while keeping the client’s dignity and respect in mind.
Providing affordable and accessible housing makes the entire community stronger. ORSI fills a need that may otherwise go unanswered and by doing so they ensure that the entire community benefits.
