Ottawa Residential Services, Inc. provides housing solutions for people with disabilities throughout Ottawa County. We currently offer 35 creative community living options for anyone receiving services through the Ottawa County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

As a nonprofit organization serving Ottawa County, we work to provide quality housing opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities, helping create a community where everyone has the opportunity to feel independent, included, and right at home!

🔑 Affordable Housing: We provide a variety of housing options, including single-family homes, shared living arrangements, and accessible apartments.
🛠️ Property Care & Maintenance: Our team helps keep our properties safe and well-maintained, handling everything from repairs to lawn care and snow removal!
🤝 Housing Assistance: We work with rental assistance programs and help connect tenants with available housing resources.
❤️ Community & Independence: We believe a home is more than four walls. It’s a place to build memories, enjoy independence, and feel a sense of belonging!
